Project Cost Controller

Position Description:

The Project Cost Controller is responsible for the ongoing budget reporting, project variations and progress payment assessments for the main Construction Contracts, Nominated Sub-Contracts and Supplier Agreements for the company’s projects. He / She will work with an in-house design and construction team to support the successful management of the company’s resort and lifestyle projects within Phuket and greater Thailand as well as the planned expansion into Laos and other S.E. Asian nations.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
  2. A proven track record of at least 8 years’ experience working for a main contractor or consultancy firm; ideally within the Luxury Hospitality Industry or real estate development sector.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Proficient in all aspects of using Microsoft Excel
  2. Able to do take-offs from construction drawings or CAD files
  3. Provide assistance to Project Director in preparing tender documents.
  4. Provide assistance to Project Director in assessing tender submissions.
  5. To be responsible for tracking progress of works and assessing Payment Claims
  6. Able to assess Variation Claims and make recommendations to the Project Director
  7. Able to carry out Inspections on Site and assess compliance with Contract requirements.
  8. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
  9. Proficient with written and verbal English & Thai communications.

Senior Design Manager

Architecture & Interiors

Infinite Luxury Co., Ltd. is a Resort Developer with active projects currently under design.

There is an opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a small, in-house, development arm to head up the current design team and take these projects from Concept to Completion.

The successful candidate will be expected to be a hands-on CAD operator as well as to lead the team to resolve design issues and prepare detailed drawings for submission and tender.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill levels and is anticipated to be in the Baht 100,000 plus bracket.
Candidates are expected to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture & Interior Design with a minimum of 10 years’ experience or similar
  • Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English language.
  • Experienced in some or all of these project types: – Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, Spa and associated fit-out works – both new build and refurbishment works.
  • Able to work within budgetary and time constraints.
  • Familiar with all relevant Thai construction and planning requirements and codes/regulations
  • Able to deliver documentation from Concept stage through to Tender and Construction directing a small team of cad operators.
  • Able to manage consultant co-ordination and prepare Minutes of Meetings
  • Able to liaise with EIA authorities and prepare submissions for Planning and Construction Permit Approvals
  • Able to prepare Tender Packages for specialist suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Able to prepare Finishes Schedules and Equipment Lists for each project type.

AutoCAD Drafter

Job Description

Infinite Luxury Co., Ltd. is a Resort Developer with active projects currently under design.

There is an opportunity for an experienced AutoCAD Drafts Person to join a small, in-house, development arm to complement the current design team in taking these projects from Concept to Completion.
The successful candidate will be expected to be a hands-on CAD operator to assist the team in resolving design issues and preparing detailed drawings for submission and tender.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill levels and is anticipated to be starting in the Baht 40,000 plus bracket.

Job Brief

We are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated AutoCAD Drafts person to assist in creating detailed designs and documentation for our current and future projects.
The AutoCAD Drafter’s responsibilities will include meeting with team members to design and modify plans, creating detail-oriented plans, elevations, sections, and typical details, as well as ensuring all drafted plans meet the required industry and company standards.

Knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling, and the ability to work as part of a team are important aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Create accurate, detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD software
  • Work closely with designers, drafters, and engineers to ensure a coordinated design solution is achieved
  • Apply revisions and modifications to existing drawings and plans
  • Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data
  • Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records
  • Prepare variations of design as appropriate and make changes to drawings as necessary
  • Work within company policy and standards to ensure the design is accurate and complete

Qualifications
